Concept

This photo series revolves around sleepwalking and aims to depict a dream world. The idea was inspired by the ancient Chinese story “Zhuang Zhou Dreams of a Butterfly,” which explores the difficulty of distinguishing between reality and illusion. In the images, the butterfly symbolizes the emergence of the dream, while the lotus flowers growing from the feet serve as a reminder that it might be more than just a dream.
